Brentwood Country Club offers several dining and meeting areas which can accomodate anywhere from 10-450 people. As a member, you can reserve rooms for any type of event and receive a terriffic discount! Club Room

This private dining room, reserved for members only is both warm and inviting. No matter if you are joining us for lunch or dinner, this is the perfect space for Chef Dave to present you with the best cuisine in the south! During his 13 year tenure as the Executive Chef of BCC, Chef Dave has pleased the palate of many a BCC member with everything from his peanut butter cheesecake to his mouth-watering filets.

 

Midway Room

The Midway Room, with its rich colors and lavish decorations, sets the perfect scene for corporate luncheons, Christmas parties and rehearsal dinners. This room can host plated functions or buffet dinners for as few as 30 people or as many as 120, with plenty of room for a dance floor! (150 without a dance floor) For cocktail parties or hors d'oeuvres receptions, the Midway is suitable for 150 to 175 people.

 

 

Veranda

 
Our veranda is the perfect place for our members to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner!

McGavock / Hayes

The McGavock / Hayes rooms, named respectively for the former owners of the historic mansion, utilizes the decor of the Old South. These adjoining rooms are ideal for bridesmaids luncheons, business meetings and small rehearsal dinners. These rooms are perfect for a plated function for a group of as few as 10 people or as many as 30 people. In many instances, these rooms are used in conjunction with other rooms, in order to provide more space for the guests. These rooms are not ideal for buffet functions.

Patio Room
This room is a must see! It has traditionally been the most popular of all our dining rooms and with its two walls of floor to ceiling windows that showcase a spectacular view of the golf course, this room is perfect for wedding receptions, large Christmas parties, brunches and dinners. This room is can hold up to 200 people for a plated function without a dance floor and up to 150 with a dance floor. This room can accommodate approximately 200 people for a cocktail event. This room can be combined with the McGavock / Hayes rooms in order to provide more space for our guests.

 

 
 

Gentleman's Grille

Reserved for male members only, this room is a perfect get away for the Southern Gentleman!  Whether it is a casual business lunch or a game of cards, you are always welcomed with a smile!  Gentleman can also take advantage of the adjoining Men's Locker Room, complete with shoe & half lockers, shower facilities and a steam room!

If any member books an event or sponsors, with minimum food of $2,500.00 (before tax, gratuity and facility); will receive 2 quarters no food minimum for the club.

Book an event or sponsors, with minimum food of $5,000.00 (before tax, gratuity and facility); receive 1 year with no food minimum for the club.
