Chris Mihalick

Chris began his duties as the General Manager of the Club in December 1995 when he moved to the Brentwood area. For the previous 11 years Chris was the General Manager of Fox Chapel Country Club in Pittsburgh, PA. He has also managed such prestigious country clubs as Lincolnshire Fields and Champaign Country Club. He attended Allegheny College in northwestern Pennsylvania and is originally from the Pittsburgh area. Chris remains an avid Steelers fan to date, and has a son and a daughter who love traveling as much as their dad.

Katrina joined the BCC team in 2002 and currently is the Director of Finance and Human Resources. Prior to joining BCC, Katrina was an audit manager for Arthur Andersen where she worked for seven years with a variety of public and private companies. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and her Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. She is married with a daughter and two sons and is enjoying all the challenges three small children can create.

Reagan, a south Nashville native, has been with BCC since 2002. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors of Science in Social Work, Reagan worked for the State of Tennessee as a Family Support Services Case Manager. At BCC Reagan performs several duties as the Controller of the Club. She and her husband have two crazy dogs and one very bad cat, and she enjoys volunteering at the Nashville Humane Association.

Courtney started with BCC in 2009 and is currently the Membership Director. Prior to BCC, Courtney was the Membership Director at the Nashville City Club. After leaving the suburbs of Boston for school, at the University of Mississippi, she graduated with a Finance degree. She has two beautiful children that keep her very busy.

Jim Talbot

Jim started with BCC in March 2005 and is currently the Clubhouse Manager. Prior to joining BCC, Jim was the Dining Room Manager at Hillwood Country Club for six years. He also worked at Two Rivers Country Club in Williamsburg, VA and Lakeside Country Club in Burbank, CA. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Business Management degree from Belmont University. He is interested in going to concerts and traveling. Some of you may have seen his alter ego wearing a Big Blue Foam Cowboy Hat at the Titans Game.

Nikki joined the BCC staff in 2007 and is currently the Executive Assistant. Prior to BCC, Nikki received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Upon moving to Nashville, she also interned at the Hilton Downtown. She is married and adores her cat Willow.

Johnny began at Brentwood Country Club as an Assistant to Herchel Spears in 1984. He took over as Head Golf Professional in 1987. Prior to coming to Brentwood, he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Cookeville Country Club after playing golf at Tennessee Tech University. Johnny has been married to wife Lisa for 20 years and they have two girls that keep them very busy- Ana and Amy.

B.J. began his duties as Head Golf Course Superintendent of Brentwood Country Club in September 2004. Prior to coming to BCC, he was the First Assistant at The Golf Club of Tennessee in Kingston Springs. B.J. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. He is classified as a Class A Superintendent by the GCSAA and has maintained that status since 2001. He is married and has two daughters and a son and is interested in golf, playing the piano and watching sports.

David officially took the title of “Chef Dave” at BCC in 1992 and has seen the club transform itself several times over the last two decades. Prior to becoming the Executive Chef at the Club, he worked as the Executive Chef for Mere Bulles in the downtown Nashville location where, under his leadership, the restaurant won multiple awards. Before making Nashville his home in 1989, Chef Dave worked at several prestigious Clubs in the Wilmington, Delaware area. He can often be seen at the Predators games or riding his motorcycle when he is not hidden away in the BCC kitchen making those delicious meals for all of us. | 
Melody Ramos

Melody is a Dining Room Manager who has been in the service industry for 10 years. Currently enrolled in Columbia State’s Commercial Entertainment program in Franklin, she is working on a Dance Education major with a minor in Musical Theatre. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, she has been in Brentwood now most of her life. When not in school or working she usually spends her time trying to train her puppy; otherwise, she can be found at a Predator’s game or singing karaoke. | 
Dave Nicholls

Dave joined the BCC team in March 1996 and is currently the Bar Manager. Prior to this Dave worked for British Aerospace for 9 years in England and 4 years in Scotland. He was asked to take a nine month project based in Nashville in 1995, and he has not made it back to England yet. Dave has a degree in Inventory Management and interests include golf, soccer and horse racing. |
